Shipping & Return Policies
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during the cooler months, and Monday through Thursday during the hotter months to ensure that your packages don’t sit for extended periods of time in hot facilities or trucks over the weekend.
Once a package is scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the continental U.S. may take 2 to 5 business days to arrive.
AK, HI, and outlying territories could take longer. The majority of our products will ship by USPS. If a different shipping method is preferred please contact us regarding price.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped through the USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) unless otherwise noted.
No Printed Invoices:
Sidewalk Candle Co. does not include invoices in your package.
Returns/ Exchanges:
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available, so if you have an issue please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Slight variations from candle to candle are considered as part of the unique hand poured process and are to be expected.
Sidewalk Candle Co is NOT responsible for packages lost during shipping. If an Item is lost please file a claim with the USPS.
We will not process or ship orders on the following days/dates:
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 30
- Independence Day – Monday, July 4
- Labor Day – Monday, September 5
- Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 24 – Sunday, November 27
- Christmas – Saturday, December 24 – Monday, December 26
- New Year’s Day – Saturday, December 31st – Monday, January 2
- Every Sunday
